CANCELLATION POLICY
Please remember if you no longer require an appointment you have booked, or you simply cannot make it and need to change it, please call, email or text to cancel or reschedule! There is voice mail on the office phone line, so please leave a message if you need to.
I would appreciate twenty-four hours notice whenever possible, so I may offer the spot to another individual who may be in desperate need of a treatment.
If insufficient notice is given, I may charge you the full price for your missed appointment. A receipt will be provided for this charge. Please remember I am not paid unless I am working, and I am certain you would not enjoy working for your employer and learn that you would not be paid for a certain portion of your day even though you put in your time. Thank you so much for your understanding.

I am not responsible for any financial information collected by PayPal in any way, as this information is kept from me. However, I do receive contact information from them to administer your products purchased, and this will be kept strictly confidential as outlined under the Privacy heading above.
